Pay Scale : Rs. 22,000/- p.m + HRA. When posted at KEK, a subsistence allowance of JPY 3,15,000 p.m. in addition to the regular fellowship. Candidates who has submitted Ph.D thesis but not holding the degree: Fellowship Rs.21,000/- p.m + HRA. When posted at KEK, a subsistence allowance of JPY 2,25,000 p.m. in addition to the regular fellowship. Personnel holding a permanent position in India with Ph.D. degree: When posted at KEK, a subsistence allowance of JPY 3,15,000 p.m. in addition to the regular salary from the institution where the position is held, subjected to the permission from the institution.
