Post Name : Assistant Professor
Qualifications : Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade point under grading system at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject of concerned faculty. B. Beside fulfilling the above qualification, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC / CSIR / ICAR / similar test conducted by the State Government and should have published at lest one article in NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Science, New Delhi) rated journal.However, the candidates who have acquired Ph.D. degree with course work as per the UGC Notification – 2009 with two full length publications having NAAS rating not less than four, on the last date of submission of application will be exempted from NET requirement. Note : Candidates with Ph.D. degree without course work will not be eligible for NET exemption. C. Other Qualification : Basic knowledge of computer application equivalent to course on computer concepts of Department of Electronic Accreditation of Computer course (DOEACC) Society or of the level as may be determined by the Govt. from time to time.
